Energy InvestingMining Weekly reported that U308 Corp has signed an agreement to purchase all of the shares of Calypso Uranium, a move that would strengthen its land position in Argentina.

As quoted in the market news:
Under terms of the agreement, the deal would add about $3.3-million in cash in exchange for 20.25-million common shares of U3O8, resulting in Calypso shareholders holding a 13% interest in the company.
