Canada OKs Arrangement with India on Uranium Sales

Bloomberg reported that the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission and the Department of Atomic Energy of India have already agreed to an arrangement that will allow the two countries to complete an agreement to enable uranium exports for civilian use.

As quoted in the market news:

The arrangement will take effect when the two nations bring the 2010 cooperation deal into force, Oliver said in the statement. That deal will allow companies such as Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based Cameco Corp. (CCO) to sell nuclear materials, equipment and technology to India.
