Oil Surged 0.8% as German Confidence Report

Bloomberg reported oil surged 0.8 percent as German confidence report bolstered the euro and stock markets.

As quoted in the market news:

Futures gained 0.8 percent after the Munich-based Ifo institute said today its business climate index, based on a survey of 7,000 executives, climbed for a sixth month in April.
