As quoted in the press release:
DHM would like to inform its shareholders that the company is applying to the TSX:V Exchange under the temporary relief measures provision for a private placement to issue up to 20,000,000 shares at $.01 totaling up to $200,000. The financing will be used for paying accounts payables and general working capital. This financing is subject to TSX approval.
