    The output quotas, broken down by province, were jointly set by the ministry, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Land and Resources.

    The FCU offer is truly a low-ball offer and should be rejected outright by the AMW directors and its shareholders. The offer IMO only reflect current value and does not reflect future value. Most of us are certain that there is more good news to come regarding upcoming drilling programs.
