Rare Earth Joint Venture Boosts Matamec

Reuters Africa reported that shares of Matamec Explorations (TSXV:MAT) rose on announcement of a joint venture to develop the Kipawa project.

As quoted in the market news:

The non-binding deal is dependant on the delivery and assessment of a preliminary study of the economics of the Kipawa project.
