USITC Makes Determination in 5 Year Review Concerning Pure Magnesium from China

Steel Guru reported that the US International Trade Commission will maintain its order on magnesium imports from China.

As quoted in the market news:

The US International Trade Commission determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on pure magnesium from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
