Mining Weekly reported that Speewah Metals Ltd. (ASX:SPM) has upped its total resource estimate due to an upgrade at its Western Australian titanium-vanadium project. The estimate is now about 4.7 billion tons.

Measured resources at the Speewah project currently stood at some 322-million tons, grading 0.32% vanadium and 2% titanium, while the indicated resources stood at more than one-billion tons, at 0.33% vanadium and 2% titanium.
Inferred resources stood at more than 3.3-billion tons, at 0.29% vanadium and 2% titanium.
