Vale Reports ‘Best Ever’ Annual Result of US$17.3 Billion in 2010

Mineweb reported that Vale (NYSE:VALE) had its best financial year ever in 2010.

Manganese ore production increased 11.1% to 1.8 million tonnes. Ferroalloy production for 2010 was 451,000t, a 102.55 increase over the 223,000t reported in 2009.
