Samancor Manganese Approves Expansion of Big Australia Mine

Reuters reported that output at the GEMCO manganese mine is expected to increase due to expansion.

The market news is quoted as saying:

The GEMCO mine accounts for more than 15 percent of the world’s high-grade manganese ore production with about 70 percent of its output exported, according to BHP Billiton’s Web site.
