Manganese Ore Helps Boost S.A. Mineral Sales

Mining Weekly reported that manganese ore is among the minerals that boosted sales by 5.8 percent in South Africa in August.

As quoted in the market report:

Stats SA reported a 5.8% year-on-year increase in actual mineral sales in August. The highest growth rate was recorded for manganese ore at 38.5%, followed by gold at 34% and chromium ore at 15.3%.
