New Tech Lithium Corp. Name Change to New Tech Minerals Corp.

The Company will change its name to New Tech Minerals Corp. after the close of trading on Thursday February 28, 2019.

Effective at the opening of trading on the next trading day, March 1, 2019, the shares of the Company will trade under the new name. The symbol “NTM” is unchanged.
