Lithium Australia (ASX:LIT)  has released a corporate presentation to coincide with Diggers and Dealers held in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia, 7-9 August 2017.

Lithium Australia’s 100% owned SiLeach® process has the potential to improve resource utilisation by recovering lithium and valuable by-products from lower grade materials, and unconventional mineralogy. This includes lithium micas and low-grade spodumene concentrates, thus providing the opportunity to improve resource utilisation and overall lithium recovery.
Lithium Australia is incorporating process improvements into its engineering studies to finalise the advanced SiLeach® production flowsheet towards the end of 2017. The improvements being incorporated will have a significant impact on capital and operating costs making SiLeach® the most advanced lithium processing technology available.
Lithium Australia continues research on recycling technologies to recover “energy metals” (lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese and copper) from lithium-ion battery scrap.
