As quoted in the market news:

Low-grade cobalt remained at $13.40-14.10 per lb on Wednesday November 26, while high-grade prices stuck at $13.50-14.40. Prices have been falling since the summer, bucking the post-summer rising trend typically seen at this time of year. At the start of August, low-grade cobalt stood at $14.65-15.50 per lb, but prices have been in gradual decline since then.
