Metal Bulletin reported that in the next few weeks, the last annual long-term intermediate cobalt contracts between miners and Chinese buyers are likely to be signed.

As quoted in the market news:

The three major suppliers of African intermediate products to the Chinese market, Glencore, Freeport and ENRC, began discussions some months ago. While ENRC and Freeport are believed to have signed most or all of their contracts, discussions with Glencore continue, Metal Bulletin understands.
