Equinox Scoffs at Lundin’s ‘Exploring Alternatives’

Mining Weekly reported on Equinox’s (ASX:EQN) attempt to convince shareholders that its offer to take over Lundin (TSX:LUN) is the only option.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

In the Tuesday statement, Lundin CEO Phil Wright, who has outspokenly criticised Equinox and its offer, said he intends to explore “all alternatives” to get value for shareholders.
