The market news is quoted as saying,

North American Nickel recently closed a non-brokered private placement for 11,000,000 units at $0.20 per unit, and another 4,545,463 flow-through units at a price of $0.22 per unit, raising approximately $3.2 million. Each unit was comprised of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant is valid for 18 months, subject to earlier expiry on the occurrence of a “Trigger Event”, and entitles the owner to purchase one additional share at $0.35 per share.
