Nickel Stockpiles on LME Fall to Lowest in Almost Two Years

Bloomberg reports that nickel stockpiles monitored by the London Metal Exchange fell to almost the lowest level in two years.

The market news is quoted as saying,

Stockpiles dropped 594 metric tons to 105,804 tons, the lowest since Aug. 6, 2009, exchange data showed today. Inventories are down 22 percent this year, heading for a second annual retreat.
