ArcelorMittal Raises Stake in Bosnia Iron Ore Project

Reuters reported ArcelorMittal (NYSE:MT) wants to raise its majority stake in Bosnia’s Prijedor iron ore unit.

As quoted in the market news:

ArcelorMittal owns a 51 percent stake in the Prijedor iron ore unit, while majority state-owned Ljubija iron ore mines control the remaining stake in the joint venture.
