Baylin Technologies (TSX:BYL), a global wireless technology company announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Galtronics has introduced new 5G enabled antenna.

As quoted in the press release:

Primarily designed for small cell fill-in, stadium, and venue applications, this antenna supports 4G and 5G technologies by providing 2×2 MIMO coverage for 617-896 MHz low-band, 4×4 MIMO coverage for 1695-2690 MHz mid-band, 4×4 MIMO coverage for 3400-3800 MHz CBRS, and 2×2 MIMO coverage for 5150-5925 MHz LAA frequency bands with average of 30° horizontal, and 60° vertical beam widths.

Galtronics EVP of Innovation and Product Strategy, Minya Gavrilovic, explains the advantages of this antenna: “The GP2712-06367 offers wireless carriers a highly diverse antenna that covers all of their current licensed and unlicensed bands in one package, perfect for all of their near-term stadium and small cell densification requirements.
