Runscope to Integrate With Amazon Web Services CodePipeline
Runscope has announced that it has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (NASDAQ:AMZN) regarding the AWS CodePipeline. Runscope has announced that it has partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) (NASDAQ:AMZN) regarding the AWS CodePipeline. Customers who use the CodePipeline can now include Runscope API tests and Ghost Inspector browser tests in their continuous delivery pipelines in order to catch faults and regressions early on in the deployment process.
As quoted in the press release:
AWS CodePipeline is an end-to-end solution that enables customers to rapidly deliver features and updates through the automation of the build, test and release process. By including API and browser integration tests in the continuous release process, development teams will be the first to know whether any of their apps break, before a potentially bad deployment is complete.
Runscope CEO and cofounder, John Sheehan, said:
APIs and microservices are mission-critical components of the infrastructure powering modern applications. Catching bugs early and preventing bad deploys is essential to minimizing user-facing issues. We’re excited for Runscope to integrate with AWS to make automated API and browser testing an integrated part of the continuous deployment process on AWS CodePipeline.
