BTL Group (TSXV:BTL) has announced the grant of options to acquire 500,000 common shares of the company at C$1.20 per share.
As quoted in the press release:
Such options to vest as to one-half on the first anniversary of the grant of the options and one-half on the second anniversary of the grant of the options. The options expire five years from the date of grant. These options have been granted to an officer of the Company.
