Atlas Cloud Enterprises (CSE:AKE) has announced that it will effect a change of name to ‘Atlas Blockchain Group’ effective July 27, 2018.
As quoted in the press release:
The Company’s Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) ticker symbol will not change and will remain “AKE”.
The Company’s common shares are expected to begin trading on the CSE on July 27, 2018 under the symbol “AKE”. The new CUSIP will be 04920D100 and the new ISIN number will be CA04920D1006.
The Name Change was approved by the board of directors of the Company and by shareholders at its Annual General and Special Meeting held on June 26, 2018. The Continuation was approved by special resolution at the AGM. For a detailed description of the principal effects of the Continuation, please refer to the Company’s Management Information Circular dated May 22, 2018 and filed on SEDAR on May 28, 2018.
