360 Blockchain Inc. (“360” or the “Company”) (CSE:CODE – FWB: C5B – OTC: BKLLF) announced it has completed its recently announced non-brokered private placement. The Company issued 31,936,664 units at a price of $0.03 per unit, for gross proceeds of $958,099.93. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at $0.05 for a period of two years from the date of closing. Securities issued pursuant to this financing are subject to trading restrictions until June 13, 2019.
The Company paid finders fees to qualified finders in the amount of $76,088 and issued 2,536,267 brokers warrants. Net proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital and to fund future investments.
