June 2011 Stock Catalysts

Gold Companies


TerraX Minerals will drill its wholly-owned Stewart gold-copper property in Newfoundland, Canada and anticipates assay results as the program progresses.

 

MAX Resource Corp. (TSXV: MXR)
MAXResource will commence a seven-hole core drilling program at its Majuba Hill Copper/Silver project located in Pershing County, Nevada. Assay results will be released as the program progresses.

 

Helio Resource Corp (TSXV:HRC)
Helio Resource Corp anticipates the first drill results from its 10,000m drill program on the Damara Gold Project in Namibia. In addition the company also expects the first drill results from this year’s 20,000m drill program on the SMP Gold Project in Tanzania.

 

Supreme Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SPR)
Supreme Resources is drilling high priority copper targets at its Copper Mountain project, near Princeton, British Columbia.

 

Premium Exploration is in the midst of a 25,000-metre district-wide drilling campaign on its Idaho GoldProject property in Idaho USA.  Assay results are expected as this drill program advances.

 

Bravo Gold Corp. (TSXV:BVG)
Gold intends to drill 2000 metres to test five priority targets at its Kinskuch project, located in northwestern British Columbia.

 

Bravada Gold Corp. (TSXV:BVA)
Assay results from Bravada Gold’s diamond drill program on its East Manhattan gold project in Nevada are pending. In addition the company is advancing its Wind Mountain project to the pre-feasibility stage. R.C. drilling of 70 shallow holes commenced at the end of May.

Copper Companies

Red Metal Resources will commence a reverse circulation (RC) drill program at its advanced Farellon copper-gold exploration project locteded in Chile. The goal will be to expand on historical results.

 

Canyon Copper Canyon Copper anticipates a TSX-Venture listing shortly as well as a financing. The money will go towards re-assaying holes drilled in 2006 on its New York Canyon project, located in Nevada.

 

Silver Companies

El Tigre Silver Corp. (TSXV:ELS)
El Tigre Silver Corp will launch a second phase 5,000 metre drill program on its El Tigre silver property, Sonora, Mexico.

 

Southern Silver Exploration Corp. (TSXV:SSV)
Southern Silver Exploration has recently acquired the Cerro Las Minitas silver project in the Faja de Plata “Silver Belt” in Durango, Mexico. Phase I of the 2011 diamond drill program was completed by May. The Phase 2 drill program is now in progress, assays to follow.

Rare Earth Companies

Pele Mountain Resources anticipates an updated Preliminary Assessment for its flagship property the Eco Ridge Mine Rare Earths and Uranium Project at Elliot Lake, Ontario. The Company expects the report to be completed during the second quarter of 2011, incorporating design enhancements achieved since the initial positive Scoping Study in 2007 and, for the first time, providing a detailed economic model based on revenues from both REO and U3O8. President and CEO, Alan Shefsky said, “We remain on schedule to deliver an updated NI 43-101 Preliminary Assessment (“PA”) next month (June 2011) that will incorporate design enhancements achieved since the initial positive Scoping Study in 2007 and, for the first time, providing an economic model based on revenues from both REO and U3O8. The PA will also include a schedule of activities necessary to advance the project through the feasibility and licensing stages. We believe Eco Ridge contains an important future source of heavy REO and U3O8 and we are determined to rapidly advance its development.”

Uranium Companies

Kivalliq Energy Corporation (TSXV:KIV)

Kivalliq Energy intends to spend CDN$17M on exploration in 2011 to advance its Angilak Uranium Propery in Nunavut Territory, Canada. Currently three rigs are turning (two diamond core and one RC rig). The program consists of a 20,000 metre diamond drill program on the high-grade Lac Cinquante Uranium Deposit and Blaze zone, plus 15,000 metres of reverse circulation (RC) drilling on exploration targets property-wide. Initial assay results are expected shortly.

 

Cobalt Companies

Formation Metals Inc. (TSX: FCO)
Formation Metals is anticipating the commencement of the phase 2 construction phase on its Idaho Cobalt Project.

 

Manganese Companies

American Manganese Inc. (TSXV:AMY)
American Manganese is in the midst of a 30,000 ft drill program at its Artillery Peak Manganese project, lactated in Arizona Drill results from 80 holes are expected shortly.

 

Diamond Companies

Stornoway Diamond Corporation (TSX:SWY)
Stornoway Diamonds is anticipating results of the re-valuation of the 6900 carat diamond parcel from the Renard Diamond Project in, located in north-central Quebec. The last valuation was done in September of 2009 and rough diamond prices have risen at least 40% since then. The results may have a significant impact on the economics of the project.

 

Oil and Gas Companies

American Petro Hunter has three oil wells in various stages of drilling, completion and production at the North Oklahoma project. Production is imminent at drill well NOS227 with an inflow performance relationship (I.P.R) estimated to potentially be 300 plus barrels per day (BPD).
