Mineweb reported that Sprott Asset Management said it supports RX Gold & Silver (TSXV:RXE) by US Silver (TSX:USA).
As quoted in the market news:
Sprott Asset Management is the top shareholder in both companies, with a 14-percent interest in U.S. Silver and an eight-percent stake in RX Gold, and would thus end up with about 12 percent of the post-takeover U.S. Silver & Gold. Sprott said, in a prepared statement, that his firm was “very supportive” of the deal which he suggested would “unlock value” from the combined assets.
