As quoted in the market news:
Maya Gold and Silver is looking to raise between C$3.2 million and C$6.3 million by issuing 35 to 70 units, each at a C$90,000 cost and comprising: firstly, 300,000 shares at @ C$0.30 a share and secondly two 10-kg silver ingots to be delivered by Dec. 13, 2013, or in lieu of the silver ingots, 150,000 share-purchase warrants exercisable at C$0.70.
