Spot Platinum Slips 0.5 Percent

Reuters reported spot platinum slipped 0.5 percent as other precious metals fell in trade on Wednesday.

As quoted in the market news:

Platinum group metals largely ignored gains in industrial metals, which were led by copper. Spot platinum slipped 0.5 percent to $1,666.25 an ounce, while spot palladium fell 1.5 percent to $641.50.
