The panel facilitating the co-crafting effort – kicked off at the Chamber of Mines (CoM) in Johannesburg by Labour MinisterMildred Oliphant – is made up of StratAlign executive chairperson Charles Nupen, Tokiso Dispute Settlement director Meshack Ravuku and conflict resolution lawyer Peter Harris.

The parties, made up of business, government and adversarial labour, will reconvene at a meeting at 10:00 on Monday, from which the media have been excluded, to discuss five themes that have emerged from pre-launch discussions.
