Ms. Hu is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and has over 20 years’ experience in the global mining and metals industry.
Additionally, Mr. Peter Clausi has resigned from the board of directors. Mr. Clausi will continue to provide transitional services for the Company for a period of three months. Eastplats would like to thank Mr. Clausi for his contributions as a director and looks forward to his continued contribution to the Company.
