Commodities Jump on China Data

Bloomberg reported commodities jumped led by precious metals gaining for the second day on renewed optimism for growth in China.

As quoted in the market news,

On the New York Mercantile Exchange, platinum futures for January delivery advanced 2.2 percent to $1,542 an ounce, rising for the second straight session.
