Stillwater Confident It Will Maintain Palladium, Platinum Production

Minweb reported Stillwater Mining (NYSE:SWC) CEO Frank McAllister said 2011 was a good year for the palladium and platinum producer with strong production.

As quoted in the market news:

The company is confident that it can maintain last year’s production rate of 517,900 PGM ounces (including 398,900 ounces of palladium and 119,000 ounces of platinum), structuring this year’s mine plans to achieve at least 500,000 PGM ounces this year.
