Palladium Up on New Hope for Growth

Globe and Mail reported palladium rose on hope that the U.S. economy is gaining steam.

As quoted in the market news:

Hopes of stronger growth were stoked Thursday when the U.S. Department of Labor said the number of people applying for unemployment benefits dropped last week to the lowest level since April 2008. If the U.S. job market improves, it could increase consumer spending and boost growth.
