Report Says Return to Gold Standard Would Be Poor Decision

Reuters reported that a Chatham House report said a return to a gold standard would not be a good financial anchor.

As quoted in the market news:

They determined that as the dominance of the United States in the global financial system waned and other powers emerged, the likelihood for greater financial volatility and uncertainty would grow.
