Premium Exploration Inc. (TSXV:PEM,OTCQX:PMMEF) announces the termination of the Option Agreement between the Company and Logan Resources Ltd.
As quoted in the press release:
… pursuant to which Logan was granted the option to acquire up to a 75% interest in Premium’s Idaho Gold Property. The Option Agreement was terminated on June 13, 2013 by mutual agreement between Premium and Logan.
