Alunite is a sulfate mineral rich in both SOP (Sulphate of Potash) and alumina. The pilot plant is a component of the overall metallurgical test program which is expected to continue until the end of 2013. The market is still waiting for the release of a prefeasibility study which was anticipated to be completed by the end of the second quarter 2013. Klondex Mines (TSX:KDX,OTCQX:KLNDF)
Klondex Mines (TSX:KDX,OTCQX:KLNDF) has delayed updating its resource estimate on its wholly-owned Fire Creek Gold Property in North-Central Nevada in order to incorporate recent high-grade underground drilling results from a newly discovered structure that runs parallel and west of the Joyce Vein. The updated resource estimate calculated by Micon International is now expected to be released in late July 2013. The current resource is estimated to contain 1.6 million ounces gold in the indicated category and 458,000 oz gold in the inferred category. The company has a market capitalization of about $80 million.

 NSX Silver (TSXV:NSY)
NSX Silver (TSXV:NSY) is in the midst of a geochemical sampling and mapping program on the Huerigo area of its wholly-owned Oso Blanco 2 mining concession located in Sonora State, Mexico. A total of five highly prospective areas have now been identified in the Huerigo area. These, anomalous zones were defined by elevated silver-lead-copper assay values. More sampling results are expected in the coming months. The company has a market capitalization of about $2 million.

 Alpha Minerals (TSXV:AMW)
Alpha Minerals (TSXV:AMW) is commencing a $7 million summer drill program on its Patterson Lake South Joint Venture property in the southwest region of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan. The market could potentially see initial assay results in late July or early August. The company has a market capitalization of $87 million.

Mines Management (TSX:MGT) is in the permitting phase of its Montanore silver-copper project located in northwestern Montana. As of November 2012 the company reported that the Biological Consultation and preparation of the Biological Opinion were underway, which, upon completion, are expected to be followed by the Final Environmental Impact Statement and Record of Decision. The company continues to limit activity levels, including capital expenditures, until the timing for the receipt of the Record of Decision for the Montanore Project becomes clearer. The company has a market capitalization of $30 million.

 Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. (TSX:QRM)
Quest Rare Minerals Ltd. (TSX:QRM) is expecting to receive a Pre-Feasibility study on its Strange Lake Rare Earths project located 225 km northeast of Schefferville, Québec and 125 km west of the Voiseys Bay nickel-copper-cobalt deposit, eastern Labrador. In late October last year, Quest tabled an updated resource estimate on the B-Zone. It contains an Indicated Resource of 278.1 million tonnes grading 0.93% TREO+Y (Total Rare Earth Oxides plus Yittrium), 1.92% zirconium oxide (ZrO2), 0.18% niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5), 0.05% hafnium oxide (HfO2), containing a higher-grade “Enriched Zone” of 20.0 million tonnes 1.44% TREO+Y, 2.59% ZrO2, 0.34% Nb2O5 and 0.06% HfO2. The B-Zone hosts a further Inferred Resource of 214.4 million tonnes grading 0.85% TREO, 1.71% ZrO2, 0.14% Nb2O5 and 0.04% HfO2. The company currently has a market capitalization of $69 million.
