World Diamond Demand May Expand 8% This Year on Recovery

Bloomberg reports that world diamond demand is likely to go up 8 percent this year.

The market news is quoted as saying:

Demand for the gems grew by 6.5 percent last year, Even- Zohar said in a presentation today at a conference in Gaborone, Botswana’s capital.
