Uranium Mining Ban Lifted on Inuit Lands in Canada

Reuters Africa reported Crosshair Energy Corp (TSX:CXX,NYSE:CXZ) said a three-year moratorium on uranium mining in Labrador has been lifted..

Crosshair’s Chief Executive, Steve Wallis said:

Labrador contains one of the largest undeveloped uranium resources in the world and the lifting of the moratorium will significantly improve the environment for uranium exploration and development in Labrador.
