Mining Weekly reported that Energy Resources of Australia increased it production by 17 percent quarter on quarters to 457 tonnes of uranium in the three months ended September 30.
As quoted in the market news:
The miner reported on Tuesday that, while ore was sourced from existing stockpiles during the quarter, oxide production was positively impacted by a higher mill grade, recovery and ore milled, compared with the June quarter.
ERA produced 390 t uranium oxide in the June quarter, when output was impacted by the yearly mill shutdown to conduct preventive maintenance. Meanwhile, rehabilitation work at the Ranger project area, in the Northern Territory, continued during the September quarter.
