US Trade Deficit Widens More Than January Forecast on Oil

Bloomberg reported that the trade deficit in the United States widened and the gap grew by 16.5% as demand for crude oil import rebounded.

As quoted in the market news;

The median forecast in a Bloomberg survey of 73 economists called for the deficit to increase to $42.6 billion. Exports fell for the first time in three months as sales of fuel oil and gold reversed gains in the prior month.
