Happy Creek Files Fox Tungsten NI 43-101 Report on SEDAR

Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:HPY) (the “Company”), is pleased to announce that further to the press release dated February 27, 2018 the technical report for the Fox tungsten resource estimate, has been filed on SEDAR and posted to the Company’s website at www.happycreekminerals.com.

The technical report is titled “NI 43-101 Resource Update for the RC and BN Zones and Maiden Resource Estimate for the BK Zone of the Fox Tungsten Project”. This report was prepared by AGP Mining Consultants Inc. in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 with an effective date of February 27, 2018.

There are no material changes to the resources disclosed within the report and as announced February 27, 2017.
