Rare Earths Prices to Rise, Arafura Says

The Sydney Morning Herald reported on predictions by Arafura Resources (ASX:ARU) that rare earths prices are going to increase.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

China produces 97 per cent of the world’s rare earths and has reduced export quotas, adding to tight supply conditions outside the country.
