Northern Announces Rare Earth Exploration Plans

Mining Weekly reported that Northern Mining (ASX:NMI) will explore the Toro tenements for rare earths.

As quoted in the market news:

The ASX-listed rare-earth element explorer would spend A$4-million on exploration within a three-year period, to earn a 51% interest in the project area. Northern Minerals would then have the option to increase its stake to 70%, by spending another A$2-million over the following two years.
