Rare Earth InvestingBloomberg reported that Malaysia is preventing Lynas Corp. (ASX:LYC) from importing rare earths into the country until a health and safety study has been completed.

The market news is quoted as saying:
The company can continue building its $220 million refinery in Pahang state while it awaits the outcome of the panel’s study, Rebecca Fatima Sta Maria, secretary-general of the Ministry of International Trade & Industry, told media in Kuala Lumpur today.
