The Lynas Advanced Materials Plant (Lamp) has been subject to controversy since the Atomic Energy Licensing Board (AELB) approved a two-year temporary operating licence (TOL) in February this year. The TOL was challenged by a group of individuals applying to the High Court for leave to apply for a judicial review of the decision by the AELB.
