Indian Rare Earths Limited Producing Rare Earths From Monazite

In an article for Seeking Alpha, Ben Kramer-Miller wrote about Indian Rare Earths Limited and how the company is now producing rare earths from monazite sand.
As quoted in the article:

• The market missed this despite its broad-reaching implications: people wrongfully don’t associate India with REEs.
• They should: India has a long history of processing monazite and of small-scale REE-production, which could feasibly be scaled up considerably.
• We believe that the Indians may scale up their monazite processing to at least the point where they are no longer dependent on Chinese exports.
