Nevada Clean Magnesium Announces 2014 AGM Results

Nevada Clean Magnesium (TSXV:NVM,FWB:M1V,OTC Pink:MLYFF) reported results from its annual general meeting of shareholders, held on September 22 in Vancouver B.C..

As quoted in the press release:

Shareholders voted in favor of all matters brought before them at the meeting, including the re-election of Edward Lee, James Sever, Steve Thorlakson, Robert Brown, Annie Storey, Lothar Mahrun and Jeff Wilson to the Board of Directors. In addition to the Board members being re-elected, Dale Matheson Carr-Hill Labonte LLP was re-appointed as auditors of the Company, and the Company’s stock option plan was approved by the shareholders.
