Energy Fuels Moves to Dismiss Suit Opposing Mill License

Mineweb reported that Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR) has filed a motion to dismiss a lawsuit against the company.

The editorial is quoted as saying:

Energy Fuels’ Motion to Dismiss argues that Sheep Mountain’s interpretation of the applicable statutes, as set forth in its First Claim for Relief, is legally incorrect, and that, as a result, the Court must dismiss that claim.
