    OM Sarawak Invests in Manganese Smelting Plant

    Malaysia Star reported that OM Sarawak is putting RM1.53 billion into a manganese and ferro alloy smelting plant and has signed an agreement to market the products.

    Malaysia Star reported that OM Sarawak is putting RM1.53 billion into a manganese and ferro alloy smelting plant and has signed an agreement to market the products.

    As quoted in the market news:

    In its latest March quarterly market update to the Australian Stock Exchange, OMH said the deal with Hanwa covered the sales and marketing of 80,000 tonnes of ferro silicon and 80,000 tonnes of silico manganese product a year.
