OM (Manganese) Alleged to Have Desecrated Sacred Aboriginal Site in Landmark Court Case

The Sydney Morning Herald reported that OM (Manganese) is being currently being accused in a court case of damaging and desecrating an Aboriginal sacred site through mining activities.

As quoted in the market report:

The case is believed to be the first prosecution of a company in Australia for desecrating a sacred site.
